Asian Pear Ginseng Drink

Servings: 4-6

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 Asian pear (nashi/shingo pear)
  • 20g Ginseng slices 
  • 60g Yellow sugar 
  • 4 pcs honey dates 
  • 3 litres water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the pears into big chunks.
  2. Bring water to boil in a pot.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the boiling water, and bring it to boil again for 5 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, and continue to simmer for 45 minutes covering with a lid. Serve immediately.
