- 175g medjool dates
- 65g goji berries
- 60g cashews
- 30g porridge oats (can be replaced with hemp hearts)
- 25g hemp hearts
- 10g ginseng powder
- 1-2 tsp lemon or orange extract
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor. Pulse a few times before processing until the dough comes together and is fairly smooth. You will see a few small specs of cashew running through your dough but nothing too chunky.
- Portion into 10 equal pieces and roll into balls. Each ball will weigh roughly 38g. Store in an airtight container, lined with greaseproof paper, in the fridge or a cool dark place. Consume within 2 weeks of making.
