Ingredients
- 8 ounces coconut water
- ½ cup fresh mango
- ½ heaping cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ teaspoon ginseng powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Add the coconut water, mango, pineapple, ginseng powder, cinnamon and nutmeg to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
